Antireflective Coating
Reflexion effects are not acceptable for a great number of optical application. Some examples include the legibility of screens or photovoltaic or solar heat generation. With the application of transparent antireflective films with a thickness in the nanometre-range, interfering reflexions can be reduced while transparency and contrast can be improved. A homogenous coating is necessary for optimised reflective properties especially in the case of multilayer-coating systems. The PYROSIL® process is perfect for this.
